  10.   WorkBone is an interactive TEXT-MODE control panel for playing
  11.   audio CDs under Linux. It is based on the modules "hardware.c"
  12.   and "struct.c" from the elaborate X11 CD program known as
  13.   WorkMan. WorkBone is intended as a minimalist interactive tool
  14.   for navigating audio CDs under text-mode Linux, and does not
  15.   incorporate many of the advanced features of WorkMan such as
  16.   shuffle play and databases. However, for those who just want to
  17.   play music with minimal fuss, WorkBone is quite sufficient.

  19.   WorkBone uses the numeric keypad as a control panel to allow you
  20.   to move track to track, play, stop, pause, and resume playing of
  21.   audio CDs. Additionally, the running times are continuously updated
  22.   and displayed. Make sure you have your NUM LOCK engaged when using
  23.   WorkBone. A template is displayed to guide you, and pushing the
  24.   DEL key on the numeric pad will bring up a help screen.

  26.   WorkBone works with my Mitsumi FX001D CD Rom drive, but your
  27.   mileage with other drives may vary. Only generic calls and
  28.   functions are used as per WorkMan proper itself. The display code
  29.   was written specifically for the Linux console and uses VT102 
  30.   escape sequences. Portability was not a concern :-)
